The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard has been commissioned by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's civil service bureau to design and organise a high-level leadership enhancement programme for its senior officials.
The programme will be developed and produced by the school in collaboration with the bureau and the Civil Service Training and Development Institute. It will provide an opportunity for SAR officials to explore such issues as management, leadership, policy development and the role of top-level government officials in a changing environment.
