One stop for new foods

The food industry is being offered a "one-stop service" to develop products by researchers at the Robert Gordon University.

The university's school of food and consumer studies has formed Sensate, a food product development and sensory analysis centre for small and medium-sized businesses. Food and consumer researchers can help provide focus groups and consumer tests, tasting panels, production advice and health and safety.
