While having fun as usual recently, glancing over Internet catalogues of mathematics textbooks, Antithesis could not help noticing a fine set of web pages relating to a book called Inconsistent Mathematics, by Chris Mortensen. The notes to its entry indicate that "these are errata, corrections and additions to the book". What did they expect?
