Hadlow governors dressed down by FEFC

Governors at Hadlow College in Kent have been condemned by the Further Education Funding Council for "poor provision, which has many weaknesses" - the worst inspection grade. The governing body, which inspectors said had not been validly constituted since 1995, was condemned for poor planning and oversight.
