Queen Margaret College and the Scottish Agricultural College have announced that they are exploring the prospect of collaborating following discussions between the college conveners and senior managers.
Queen Margaret is funded by the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council while SAC is funded by the Scottish Office of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries Department. The colleges say the Scottish Office has "expressed an interest" in a collaboration.
