Darlington College of Technology is expanding to create a new purpose-built telematics centre at Catterick, North Yorkshire offering computer-based learning to local, regional and global customers. Internet access and video conferencing will be amongst the services on offer. Construction of the new building, which will have learning areas but no classrooms, begins next month.
