A higher education project is to be built on a site destroyed in the IRA's Remembrance Day bomb in Enniskillen. The Pounds 4.5 million scheme, devised by Fermanagh County Council and the University of Ulster, will link Catholic-owned historic reading rooms with a technology centre in a former Orange hall.
