Murder charges have been dropped after more than two years against Nancy Morrison, a professor of medicine at Dalhousie University and a respirologist at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre. Professor Morrison was arrested in May 1996 after a cancer patient died. She was accused of delivering a lethal dose of potassium chloride.
