High Peak College students are logging in from the hills for personal tutoring, using BT videoconferencing. The equipment has been available to students in rural towns for 18 months. Now it is spreading to villages, with installations in the Miners Arms pub in Brassington and in the back of a shop, the Trading Post in Ipstones.
