The production methods and marketing policies of Tuscany's most celebrated Chianti producer, Marquis Vittorio Frescobaldi, are attracting the attention of Harvard economists, who have decided to insert the company records into the official syllabus as a special case study for business school students. Mr Frescobaldi, who was recently invited to Harvard to talk to 300 students and answer their questions, said: "The secret of success consists in maintaining the essentially Tuscan nature of both our company and our product."
