AUT calls on members to spurn job evaluation

The Association of University Teachers has sent out "pay manifestos" to members asking them to reject the concept of job evaluation and support calls for an independent pay review body. The manifesto claims job evaluation could reward generalists and penalise specialists, drive down annual settlements and end bargaining and collegiality.
