(Photograph) - Celebrity chef Nick Nairn samples dishes from a local Asian company, Mrs Unis Spicy Food, to launch a high-tech sensory evaluation suite at Queen Margaret University College in Edinburgh. The state-of-the-art booths allow testers to log their views on the food's appearance, texture, flavour and aroma by computer. 'You can be totally honest about what you're tasting,' said Mr Nairn. The facility will be available to small businesses. Photograph by IAN MUNRO / NEWSFLASH
