The Mobile Data Access System is a super search engine being developed by Ali Hurson and James Lin, researchers at Pennsylvania State University, to enable mobile phones and other portable devices to trawl for information on the web. The system uses a database, or multiple databases, to organise and store data rather than using the keyword method of data.
