The Talent Foundation, backed by the Royal Society for the Arts, has published an e-talent declaration, already signed by leading public and private organisations.
The declaration sets out a vision for the development of talent in the e-economy. The foundation, whose chairman is Sir Christopher Ball, is a global, independent, non-profit organisation. It is funded by a broad spectrum of supporters ranging from voluntary sector organisations such as the RSA to corporations including Andersen Consulting.
Its goal is to provide a single point of practical guidance, research and information on developing talent within businesses worldwide.
