The vice-chancellor of the Universite de Lome has been ordered to expel 50 Angolan students said by the Angolan government to be diamond dealers acting for Jonas Savimbi's Unita opposition group. Angolan president Jose dos Santos has threatened to boycott the Organisation of African Unity summit in Lome in July if the students are not expelled.
