More than 10,000 students took to the streets of the Yemeni capital last week demanding the execution of a Sudanese morgue attendant at Sanaa University who is accused of raping and murdering 16 women. Muhammad Adam Omar admitted killing two female students after retracting a confession that he murdered 16 women in Yemen, 11 in Sudan, and others in Kuwait, Chad and the Central African Republic.
