Warwick University is launching a five-year telecommunications degree for 16-year-olds with Marconi, the communications technology group, in an attempt to create a ready supply of suitably trained graduates.
Students are full-time company employees and are expected to spend one out of every six weeks at Warwick University after two years at an FE college.
