King's College, Cambridge, is the university's most socially inclusive. It takes almost 80 per cent of its students from state schools. The university's first "league table" of state school admissions to the colleges shows that Gonville and Caius and Corpus Christi are the most exclusive. At each, state school students account for 39 per cent of admissions.
