Wales is pushing ahead in developing a full credit and qualification framework across further and higher education, but it needs to overcome some barriers that have slowed progress in the initiative, a report says.

A report on the study adds that there is a need for clear leadership in the Welsh credit movement, and for management information systems to be upgraded to cope with a new framework.
