The German government would do a better job of governing the United Kingdom than the Conservatives, according to managing directors and marketing managers questioned in a London School of Economics survey. The survey measured confidence in the ability of groups to rule the UK. The LSE was judged third, after the present government and Microsoft, in its abilities to govern. Bottom was the European Parliament.
