Commission requests study on the role of civil society in governing ERA

The European Commission's Research DG has published a contract notice for a study contract on 'Governance of the European research area: the role of civil society'.

The open invitation to tender relates to a study intended to further a better understanding of the conditions needed for civil society to play an effective part in the creation of the European research area. Scientific and technological expertise assigned to other policies based on science and technology is included in this.
