Give part-time learners equal support, report urges
Part-time learners should have access to the same fee support as full-time students, with pilot schemes targeting single parents and workers in low-paid jobs, the Scottish Parliament's enterprise and lifelong learning committee has recommended in its lifelong learning report published today. It wants to see the Scottish Higher and Further Education Funding Councils merge.
