An SME Forum seminar on 'Support for innovation and cooperation for medium-sized enterprises in the Sixth Framework Programme [FP6]' will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany on 20 November.
The SME (small and medium sized enterprise) Forum brings together leading German and French industrial organisations and research organisations. The aim of the Forum is to strengthen the innovation and competition capabilities of SMEs through cooperation with research and development (R&D) organisations and to facilitate the co-financing of innovative projects through the European Commission's research programmes.
The seminar is aimed at informing SMEs about important changes and funding opportunities, particularly relating to the CRAFT programme. Other themes for discussion include intellectual property rights and previous experiences.
