Skills provider named

The government has selected a consortium made up of the Open University, Lancaster University Management School, the Ashridge Management College and the Learning and Skills Development Agency to deliver a leadership college for the learning and skills sector. The college will open later this year to provide support and training for leaders and managers across the area.
