Students at the London Business School have raised $30,000 (£19,000) from alumni to create a funding pool that students can use to hone their investment skills. The second-year MBA students hope to raise $100,000 in total. More than 200 students have applied to join the teams who will manage the fund and analyse its results. Profits will be used to fund scholarships to the business school.
