The JAF at its meeting on 20 - 21 March 2003 decided to include the proposed development lines from the draft strategy document (COST 218/1/03 REV 1) into the CSO report to the Ministerial Conference.

Delegations will find attached a revised version of the draft report in view of the 153rd CSO meeting on 10 - 11 April 2003.
