The City Hall has launched a trilingual website for foreign students who want to study in and around the French capital. It advises on general and academic life in the region, learning French, visas, accommodation, opening a bank account, and health, food, libraries and leisure facilities. Nearly 15 per cent of Paris's 300,000 students are from abroad.
