The CCform project is holding its final workshop on 11 June in Brussels, Belgium.
The 'consumer compliant form for online resolution mechanisms' (CCform) is a project aiming to dramatically improve the standards of complaint management to the benefit of consumers and business users, as well as product and service suppliers. It is funded under the IST (information society technologies) section of the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5).
The workshop will focus on the best business practices that have been formulated in the last six months by members of the project. Areas that have been addressed include:
- legal and consumer affairs;
- standards for small and medium sized enterprise (SMEs);
- alternative dispute resolution systems;
- ontology, technology, multilingualism and extensibility;
- vertical markets.
