Benchmarking ICT policies - call for tenders

The European Commission's Enterprise DG has published a call for tenders for the benchmarking of national and regional policies in support of competitiveness in Europe's information and communication technologies (ICT) sector.

The contract will involve:
- identification and description of relevant national and regional policies supporting the competitiveness of ICT industries and services;
- benchmarking the effectiveness of identified policies in terms of their sustainable economic impact against a predefined set of criteria;
- identification of examples of best policy practice;
- drawing policy recommendations on how to further improve the competitiveness of European ICT industries and services.
