A Manchester man was jailed this week after helping illegal immigrants obtain student visas with forged documents.
Samoury Toure, 53, of Moss Side, Manchester, was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment for six counts of facilitating leave to remain in the UK by deception, and one count of the provision of unqualified immigration services.
Mr Toure was caught after a large-scale intelligence operation by the Immigration Service, which has tracked down and removed 30 of the illegal immigrants.
Mr Toure had forged college papers to obtain visas for people claiming to be students, charging up to £500 a time.
