The Conservatives' revamped higher education policy may be ready in time to present to the party's annual conference in Bournemouth in October, it emerged this week. But Chris Grayling, the shadow higher education minister, said the ongoing review of higher education policy would not be rushed just to hit a deadline. The Tory faithful will gather in Harrogate this weekend for the party's spring forum. Tim Yeo, the shadow health and education secretary, is to give an update on the review's progress.
