Colleges north of the border continue to be unfairly funded because the Scottish Further Education Funding Council is dragging its feet in identifying course costs, the Scottish Parliament's audit committee said this week. Its inquiry into the auditor-general for Scotland's report on the SFEFC accuses the council of "struggling" to meet priorities, such as the need to identify what it costs individual colleges to deliver services.
