A raft of new measures to help Scotland attract and retain top scientists, engineers and technologists has been proposed in a report from the independent Scottish Science Advisory Committee. The report, Investing in Scientific Talent , argues that creating the right environment for stars in science and technology to develop their full potential is vital if Scotland is to attract inward investment from research-intensive industries.
