Plymouth University will extend the consultation period for the possible relocation of its faculty of education from Exmouth to Plymouth. The extension was granted after requests from four trade unions and Peter John, dean of the faculty. Last month, university governors made an in-principle decision to relocate the faculty. The final decision will now be taken at a special meeting of governors on November 10.
