Lincoln University has secured £30 million to finish its campus at Brayford Pool in the next five years as the result of a refinancing deal announced this week. Lincoln transferred its student accommodation to a charity owned jointly by the university, Sanctuary Housing Association and the Bank of Scotland. Lincoln will forego rents in return for the £30 million upfront.
