More than half of nearly 400 students polled claim to have been victims of crime, a survey has found. Respondents believed they had a 62 per cent chance of being mugged and assaulted; female students felt there was a 70 per cent chance of being sexually assaulted or having their drink spiked. The poll was conducted by the Accommodation for Students website.
