Students at Warwick University have developed a racing car that you can grow. Not only does Eco One run on biofuels but its shell is made from hemp, the tyres from potatoes and the brake pads from cashew nut shells. Ben Wood, a PhD student, claims the car can reach speeds of 241kph with a tail wind.
