An animal behaviour expert nicknamed the "cat whispurrer" is being drafted in to help after a row over the fate of 47 cats roaming author Ernest Hemingway's former home. Terry Curtis of Florida University is being sent to the Key West property, now a museum, to check on the cats' physical and mental health. The US Department of Agriculture said the museum needs a licence in order to keep the cats.
