Scientists from Queen Mary, University of London, have developed a new method to separate the remedial benefits of cannabis from its mood- altering effects. The scientists hope the discovery will lead to new medicines to treat conditions such as epilepsy, obesity and chronic pain. The research was published in this month's edition of the journal Molecular Pharmacology .
