Basic information and contact details for Al-Taqwa University
Al-Taqwa University was founded with just 150 students in 2012.
It is based in Jalalabad, the regional hub of Eastern Afghanistan, 50 miles from the capital Kabul.
Four undergraduate courses are offered. The bachelor’s courses in business administration and economics offered by the faculty of economics are taught in English or Pashtu, while the faculty of law offers administration and diplomacy and judgment and prosecution in either Pashtu or Dari.
New undergraduate courses in medicine and computer science, along with masters’ options in law and public administration are being formed.
