Articles published by THE are intended to reflect the experience and expertise of their identified authors. As such, THE does not encourage the use of AI in article preparation and does not accept any article that is significantly written by AI and/or conveys a false impression of the author’s own experience, expertise or opinion.

We ask that any use of AI in the drafting of an article submitted for publication on any of our platforms be declared by authors, and the reason for its use explained to us. This is so that we can take an informed view on the extent and reason for its use prior to making a decision about publication.
