The Further Education Funding Council has published information about the retention, achievements and destinations of three million students in 441 further education and sixth form colleges in England. The data, for 1994/95, comes from individualised student records, submitted by colleges for the first time. It shows 84 per cent of full-time and 86 per cent of part-time students completed or were continuing their study.
