In the 1997 University League Tables, printed in the THES on May 23, the good honours degree data and some of the graduate destinations data was unfortunately corrupted. The correct figures are reproduced below. We apologise for the confusion.
The following institutions were missing from the subject quality league table. The list shows those institutions which either received an "excellent" teaching quality rating or a total of 22 points or more under the Higher Education Funding Council for England's new graded profile system. Some subject areas are still to be assessed. Research Assessment Exercise ratings are in brackets. (-) means there is no comparable research rating.
