Now we know the University of Poppleton's academic staffing levels: 167 scholars, or to be precise, 166 and one part-timer on 3.33 days a week. This is the only way to explain how Gordon Lapping's single vote swung the stress poll result by 0.6 per cent ("Mistake costs us top mark", The Poppletonian, 10 November). Poppleton's impressive range of departments must be very understaffed, which probably explains the stress levels.
