WKU faculty and students were invited to present their research paper at the annual conference of the IEEE in medicine and biology engineering

On July 17th., the 40th International Conference of the IEEE engineering in Medicine and Biology was held in Hawaii, USA. The research paper The Inhibition of Acetylcholinesterase by A Brain-Targeting Polylysine-ApoE Peptide: Biochemical and Structural Characterizations led by Dr. Meng Yu and her groups was adopted by the conference. Lu Lu, a WKU graduate of B.S. Computer Science, gave an oral presentation about the topic on the conference.

CBPM Faculty Attended Prestigious American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference in Boston

Dr. Han-Chiang Ho, Assistant Professor of Marketing at the College of Business and Public Management (CBPM) at Wenzhou-Kean University, recently attended the 2018 AMA Summer Academic Conference in Boston, United States last August 10 to 12. The conference, organized by the American Marketing Association (AMA), the leading professional association for marketing professionals.

Prof. Jerry Choi: Management Paradigm Change under the Covid-19 Crisis.

On June 28, 2020 Impact Investment International Forum jointly hosted by the China Society of Technical Economics and OHT Group, was successfully launched. Prof. Jerry Choi of Management Science Department of Wenzhou-Kean University was invited to give a keynote speech of Management Paradigm Change under the Covid-19 Crisis on July 5th. Dr. Choi believes, the new technology and Covid-19 crisis have reshaped the way of future work, management model and the fundamentals of business, and thus people need to adapt themselves to respond to those dramatic changes.
