World University Rankings 2024 by subject: arts and humanities

The arts and humanities subject table uses the same trusted and rigorous performance indicators as the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024, but the methodology has been recalibrated to suit the individual fields.

The ranking highlights the universities that are leading across the following disciplines: art, performing arts and design, languages, literature and linguistics, history, philosophy and theology, architecture, and archaeology.

This year’s table includes 691 universities, up from 663 last year.
