Mwape Mulumbi is a student from Zambia currently completing her final semester at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. Mwape chose to study at Murdoch after being awarded a scholarship by Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). She was top of her year in the master of public policy and management course in 2017.
