Uoffer Global, an award-winning education consultancy company, has funded new scholarships to attract the best and brightest Chinese students to Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, helping them reach their full potential as leaders and change-makers.

The scholarship recipients will receive funding to study for an MBA at the school, allowing them to enhance their practical business skills and learn how to use business as a force for good. Two scholarships are available each academic year for an initial period of three years and are awarded on the basis of leadership potential and academic excellence.

Uoffer Global has partnerships with over 100 prestigious universities, colleges and pathway providers worldwide. It is headquartered in China and the UK and has over 40 branches in the UK, China, South-east Asia and Africa. It has partnered with over 100 universities and all pathway providers around the world.

Commenting on the new scholarship, the managing director of Uoffer Global, Christina Ke, said: “This collaboration promotes international partnership and development. We are excited to see the positive impact it will have on both students and society. We are deeply grateful to our students and every organisation that has supported Uoffer Global on this journey. Your trust and collaboration have been instrumental in making this initiative a reality. Together, we are creating opportunities that will shape the future of global education and cooperation.”

The school hosted a delegation from Uoffer Global for a signing ceremony on 20 September 2024. The occasion offered a chance to celebrate the partnership and discuss how the initiative will provide opportunities to attract diverse global talent to Saïd Business School and nurture high-end talent who will return to China after their studies.

Jonathan Reynolds, deputy dean for external relations at Oxford Saïd, commented: “The diversity of our MBA cohort at Oxford Saïd is a real strength and plays a big part in the positive experience of our students. Being among peers with vastly different educational backgrounds, from a range of industries and a wide array of geographies, exposes all our students to different perspectives. Uoffer Global’s generous gift will encourage talented Chinese students to choose Oxford Saïd and help enhance the experience of all our MBA students.”
