I am responding to an article on bullying in the School of Nursing at the University of Nottingham (News, THES , April 26). The Association of University Teachers has admitted to flaws in its questionnaire, but your report gives no hint this. I have worked here happily for nearly 12 years. I have been given many opportunities to develop, even without promotion. If anyone is thinking of applying for a job at Nottingham, don't be put off.
