The University of Oxford is hosting a global interactive debate today that will bring together academics, policy-makers and business to build a visionary model of universal access to the internet.
"Gapping the digital divide", organised by the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy and the University of Oxford and GAP21, is the first of many in the run-up to the GAP21 Global Intellectual Olympics next year.
